Data Deletion Requests

You can ask Signal Solutions Ltd to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

Email privacy@signalsolutions.co.uk with the subject "Data deletion request", or write to: Data Protection Officer, Signal Solutions Ltd, Sentinel House, Ancells Business Park, Harvest Crescent, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 2UZ.

Please tell us your name and how you have been in touch with us (for example a website enquiry, a customer account, or a comment on one of our social media pages). For social media, include your profile name.

We will confirm we have received your request within 5 working days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.

We will delete your personal data within one month. If a request is complex we may extend this by up to two further months, and we will tell you if we need to.

We will confirm in writing when it is done. If the law requires us to keep some of your data (for example invoices we must keep for tax purposes), we will tell you what we keep and why.

We manage our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages with a scheduling tool that we host ourselves. When you comment on, react to or message our pages, the tool receives your public profile name and picture and the content of your interaction, along with engagement figures for our posts. We use this only to reply to you and to see how our posts perform.

When you ask, we delete this data from our tool. Your comment stays on the platform itself until you delete it or we remove it from our page; tell us if you would like us to remove it.
