By adding a  Freeview+ box you get the same great features as standard Freeview with the added benefit of being able to pause, record and rewind live TV, having the ability to Record one program whilst watching another simultaneously.

High Definition viewing is coming to Freeview. It's expected that the Freeview HD services will start from around December 2009 in the Granada TV region, with the rest of the UK coming on-stream by 2012. It will be the first HDTV service available through a Digital TV Aerial.

Freeview is the predominate Free To Air (FTA) Digital Television service. Received through a Digital Aerial there are up to 48 digital TV channels, no subscription, no contract, no fuss.
